This program provides rapid response to customer needs and results in process up time in no time. Quick ship models typically have the following design features:
- Sizes from 2" to 6" ports
- Design pressure from 100 PSI to 150 PSI
- Plate material of 316 or 304 stainless steel available in most models
- Plate thickness of 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm
- Gasket material is NBR and EPDM
- Studded port connections (4" or 6") or 2" threaded connections
