The lower kVAR cost efficient StacoVAR® mini is a wall-mountable automatic power factor correction bank that maintains the desired power factor level through a microprocessor-based controller which adjusts to system load conditions. Models are available from 11.5 to 28 kVAR at 208V, 15 to 37.5 kVAR at 240V and 28 to 75 kVAR at 480V. Rugged, metalized polypropylene dry type capacitors are efficiently placed in a compact enclosure. Capacitor-rated contactors with damping resistors reduce back-to-back switching currents. This compact, high quality design is UL Listed and includes capacitors, reactors, contactors and fuses.
