The DEA Open Frame Weighbelt Feeder is designed for sanitary food and pet food processes. Product features include:

- Product contact surfaces with 316 stainless steel
The feeder provides weight-controlled feeding, weight indication and totalization for fragile materials like cereals, snack foods, kibble, fruits and pasta. The sanitary open frame is offered in models featuring 12" and 24" belt widths, belt weight influence compensation (BIC), and accuracies of ± 0.25% to 1% of set rate sigma. A v-profile belt guide provides reliable tracking and minimal hardware requirements while a gravity-assist head pulley scraper and an internal plow automatically clean both sides of the belt. Feed rates up to 2,660 cubic feet per hour are achievable with this system.
