The DSC 8500 (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) features second-generation HyperDSC technology and allows for unlimited insight into the structure, properties and performance of materials. With hyper-enabled, double-furnace technology and application capabilities, the system features an enhanced software package and optional 96-position autosampler. The HyperDSC heating and cooling allows for fast controlled scanning rates up to 750 ºC/min. and in-situ ballistic cooling to 2,100 ºC/min., enabling experiments that mimic real-world processes and fast readout rates (100 points/second).
