The DELUMPER Model 1082A is an ultra-compact, rugged, multi-purpose unit that supports both chopping and milling action. It can be mounted anywhere without supports. Flanges provide easy connections to hoppers, process equipment, ducts and pipes. The unit is 5" high and accepts lumps to full 4.5" x 6" input opening. It is constructed entirely of stainless steel, is fully enclosed and dust tight. It has no cracks or crevices where product could accumulate. The unit is easily disassembled for autoclaving, sanitary washing or cleaning. The unit is a reliable solution for a variety of size reduction applications. Its chopping rate easily reduces agglomerates and clusters without degrading the product. It is available in a choice of coarse and fine configurations.
