The technology features an Advanced Rotary Drum, which can be cleaned without special chemicals or cleaning stations and remains free and clear throughout production. The system leads to greater water and energy efficiency. A Servo Knock-Out System ensures optimum product placement without additional system requirements. The Direct Drive Servo System offers high output, with drum speeds up to 12,000 lbs. (5,443 kg) per hour. It also includes a Dual Lobe Pump that ensures consistent fills, prevents excessive product "working" and enhances texture with accurate product movement. Multiple forming widths are possible to maximize flexibility and further reduce costs.
