The Smart Control Module monitors and manages functions specified to your application’s unique needs.
The Smart Control Module can be programmed to activate an air shower, UV sterilization light, filtered ventilation system, and other optional components – ensuring operation as intended. Audible chimes notify personnel when the chamber is ready to be unloaded, or if a door is left ajar. Door position is also indicated by the status indicator light located at the external corner each door; easily check to see if the doors are ajar. Metrics regarding access time and duration, and item transactions can be tracked by remote data logging preferences, such as a bar code scanner.
The Smart Pass-Through features an equally intelligent structural design. The electropolished stainless steel construction, no-weld interior, and isolated electronic door interlock system simplify cleaning. The electropolished steel is creates a surface free of pits and burs where particles can hide, and is unharmed by chemicals commonly used for sterilization.
