In the early 2000s, restauranteur Gary Geiser created and began serving his original recipe for green chili.
The product’s success led to the creation of Colorado Springs-based Colorado Green Chili, which now produces its collection of chili and salsa products for stores nationwide.
The green chili is made from all-natural Colorado green chilis, is gluten free, vegan, and the first green chili to participate in the NON GMO Project.
