Bob's Red Mill announced an expandsion of its line of high-quality, whole-grain oat products with the launch of Overnight Protein Oats, available in Blueberries & Cream and Vanilla Almond varieties.
The new Overnight Protein Oats feature 10 grams of protein with 8 grams sugar or less, and no added protein powder or fillers. Bob's Red Mill's popular Protein Oats are made from a hull-less variety that is naturally higher in protein and generates 48% fewer carbon emissions than regular oats.
"The introduction of Overnight Protein Oats marries the great taste and high quality that Bob's Red Mill is known for with the convenience modern consumers crave," said Daniel Barba, vice president of marketing at Bob's Red Mill. "Stemming from the success of Protein Oats, we've expanded our protein-rich breakfast offerings to create the ultimate shortcut, focusing on new flavors and formats that meet the needs of longtime fans and new customers alike."
Bob's Red Mill is also introducing reformulated Instant Oatmeal Packets, inspired by homemade recipes with nostalgic flavors consumers love including Classic, Apple & Cinnamon, and Maple Brown Sugar.
The new and improved Instant Oatmeal Packets feature recognizable ingredients and no artificial flavors, offering the quality of stovetop oatmeal in an instant format. Instant Oatmeal Packets are made with Bob's Red Mill's Signature Four Oat Blend, which features a specialty mix of Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Oat Bran, Whole Grain Quick Oats and Scottish Oats.
