Part Feed Systems Buffer, Separate and Present Trays and Totes to Automation Processes

Standard PLUS Tray & Tote Stackers from Hirata (New Hudson, MI) are part feed systems that serve the function of buffering, separation and presentation of trays and totes to any automation process.

The stackers can be combined with robots, vision and end-effectors to transfer and/or assemble parts.

At IMTS 2026 in Chicago, Hirata had live demos of the stackers transferring Ghirardelli chocolates with a SCARA robot (see videos below).
