Shibuya Hoppmann (Manassas, VA) has introduced its Dry Aseptic and ESL Filling Solutions, designed for beverage and dairy manufacturers. These systems are engineered to support efficient, hygienic and sustainable packaging for sensitive, shelf-stable, and high-viscosity products.
The Dry Aseptic and ESL Filling Solutions are designed to sterilize containers and fill low- and high-acid beverages under aseptic conditions, supporting production of products such as teas, dairy beverages, and nutraceutical drinks while maintaining product safety and shelf stability.

- Uses dry hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) vapor for decontamination of PET or HDPE bottles
- Achieves <0.5 ppm residuals and meets FDA standards
