The Dynatrol G Series Level Switches are specifically designed for special problem applications that involve extremely lightweight or fluffy products - or other bulk solids that tend to pack or bridge easily.
Dynatrol Type GS and Type GSS have been used on extremely fine powder with a bulk density as low as 1 lb/ft3 with great success. They easily manage Food industry products such as milling applications 12X to silk sugar.
The Dynatrol Type GJ detector provides consistent results on heavier bulk solids applications of flour, cocoa, sugar, potato flakes, spices, seasonings, as well as these various powders: milk, protein, starch and fillers plus many other materials with a tendency to bridge or pack.
Dynatrol Level Detectors provide accurate high-, mid- or low-point level detection and proven successful in dusty environments and in vessels equipped with vibrators. Specialized units handle temperatures exceeding 300°F. Approved for Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups E, F & G; and Class III services
Constructed for a long operating life, Dynatrol switches have no moving parts, gaskets or seals, they are virtually wear-free. All Dynatrol® level detectors are factory calibrated with no adjustments necessary. Installation is simple; the level switch mounts through a 3/4” half-coupling at the point of desired level detection
