The PVC-free PROVALIN® closure seal is free of plasticizers and was developed for all types of metal vacuum closures. There are 10 variants for multiple requirements concerning contents, sealing processes, storage and closure sizes. The variant for Twist-Off® closures is designed for products with high oil and fat content like pesto. It is suitable for hot filling and sterilization. The variant for Press on Twist-Off® closures is designed for fat-free or low-fat foods like spreads, which are subject to heat treatment. The variants for Press on Twist-Off® closures are solutions for highly sensitive contents, such as baby food. The variant for Band-Guard® closures is designed for metal compound closures.
