The C 500 Chamber Machine features a twin chamber, Company's swing-lid and four sealing bar options. The machine is secure and precise, making chamber packaging far easier. With the twin chambers, there is no down time throughout the packaging process. While one pouch is being sealed inside the chamber, the other chamber can be unloaded and reloaded. The swing-arm lifts the lid and moves to the freshly loaded side, allowing the operator to begin prepping the other chamber. This machine is for the most critical applications requiring seal validation and low residual oxygen. It features continuously heated temperature-controlled seal bars, allowing for accurate, consistent and reproducible packaging results.
