Meat and Poultry Recall Expanded to 63 Tons

FSIS found the products were produced and packed under insanitary conditions.

Egg Rolls

St. Louis-Missouri-based T & R Enterprise USA has expanded their initial recall of meat and poultry egg roll products from 118,000 to 126,000 pounds. According to the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), the products were produced and packed under insanitary conditions between August 1 and September 26 of this year.

The recalled products were packaged in cases containing between 80 and 120 of the two-ounce egg rolls. They were shipped to institutional locations in Georgia and Missouri. The problem was discovered while FSIS was conducting routine food inspection activities. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
