Conagra Closing Boulder Office

The closing will eliminate 100 jobs.

Chicago-based Conagra Brands has announced plans to close its Boulder, Colorado office in May. All 100 jobs at the location will be eliminated, although some employees will be provided jobs at other Conagra facilities. The closure apparently stems from a change in needs following the acquisition of Pinnacle foods for $10.9 billion last June.

The Boulder employees work in finance, human sources, advertising and marketing. They will receive severance pay and job placement assistance.

Conagra operates out of more than 50 locations, employing over 17,000 people globally. The 99-year-old company had 2017 revenues in excess of $11 billion.
