Paint Pre-Treatment Process

Company’s products are painted to customer specifications utilizing an electrostatically applied two-part polyurethane coating that ensures results similar to an automotive clear coat finish. The new paint pre-treatment process incorporates a heavy-duty non-toxic alkaline powder that is not only biodegradable, but virtually eliminates the introduction of VOC into the atmosphere during metal cleaning. The low-heat process is designed to require less energy, provide substantial savings in water consumption, eliminate potentially hazardous wastewater discharge, require less system maintenance and provide a safer paint line environment for workers.
