Double-Acting Energy Doors

The HR6 Energy Door boasts an R rating of 25+ to comply with the Energy Independence Act. These doors are suitable for heavy cart to light motorized traffic, and are available in single or double panel configurations. The door includes self-closing hardware, a vapor barrier, a dual gasket and a triple-pane, gas filled window. A full perimeter thermal break makes these new doors ideal for a wide variety of commercial, institutional and industrial applications including walk-in coolers in food processing plants. V-cam hinges with 10" Jamb Guards are standard on these 4-inch thick doors. Standard windows are gas filled triple pane and measure 14-inches by 14-inches with ¼-inch glass, with a full thermal break. Each CQP door is hand crafted with a true-center in the door panels. The doors can be manufactured to fit an 8-foot by 8-foot opening (consult factory for larger openings).
