Designed to allow complete washdown, the system includes sanitary design features and provides low-maintenance, energy savings and productivity benefits. A Drip-Safe guard option enables fragile food cargoes to safely move through the doorway to protect foods from contaminants and moisture condensation. The automatic pneumatic drip-catch tray moves under the roll drum when the door opens. When in place, the tray catches liquid residue, keeping it from falling onto product as it passes through.
