Lincoln, Neb. — BinMaster Sensors and Technologies (BST) today announced it has entered into an agreement to purchase assets of Stevens Water Monitoring Systems, a company that specializes in accurate, rugged environmental monitoring equipment.

The acquisition will integrate new product offerings from Stevens Water into the existing BST portfolio, including integrated systems to measure, monitor and analyze water, soil, weather and environmental conditions critical to scientific, industrial and horticultural operations.

Founded in 1911, Stevens Water manufactures the HydraProbe, POGO and TurfPro brands, as well as weather stations and advanced agrotechnology platforms used for data-driven hydrological and horticultural management.

The products will also enhance BinMaster’s selection of remote water measurement transmitters.Stevens by EST logo with navy text and teal geometric chevron symbolThe new Stevens by BST logo. BinMaster

“Our collective goal is to bring critical operational measurements together and make that data easier to access and act upon—from inventory levels of stored materials to water, weather, soil moisture, and turf conditions,” said Austin Benes, BinMaster's senior VP of sales, who will collaborate closely with the Stevens Water team. “By combining proven sensing technologies with connected data platforms, clients will gain critical information to enhance efficiencies across agriculture, water resources, turf management and industrial applications.”
