
Contract food manufacturer Sany Nutrition Group began operations at its new facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas, state and company officials announced.
The $30 million factory occupies a former Butterball site, where the company expects to create over 150 jobs in three years.
Sany Nutrition Group produces multiple high-protein, reduced-sugar and plant-based snacks. It also makes various frozen snacks, pastries, sports nutrition bars and pet treats.
“Through tailor-made formulation, premium ingredients, state-of-the-art equipment and European-American process excellence, we transform bold ideas into distinctive, shelf-ready products in weeks,” Angela Pernsteiner, the company's founder and managing partner, said in a statement.
Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Jonesboro, the company says its services include 360-degree concept creation, branding, product development, manufacturing, packaging design, global regulatory affairs and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) consulting.
