Singer Industrial announced Friday that it has added a Florida provider of conveyor belt systems and services.
Conveyor Consulting and Rubber Corp., which operates two locations in Florida and a third in Ohio, offers conveyor consulting, installation and maintenance services, as well as rubber products, to the manufacturing, bulk material handling, mining, aggregates and food processing segments. Singer officials said the company specializes in conveyor systems, pulley lagging, splicing services and predictive maintenance solutions, and would bolster its capabilities in key industrial markets.
“The crew at CCR are best-in-class operators with decades of experience winning in our space,” Singer CEO Pete Haberbosch said in the announcement. “Ron [Fernandes] and his team have already been strategizing with Scott Priestner, Aaron Atwell and other leaders within our belt services group, and we are truly excited about what lies ahead.”
“This partnership allows us to continue delivering the technical expertise and responsive service our customers rely on — now with the added strength of Singer Industrial’s national platform,” Fernandes said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
