The USDA-approved CCX-D Cheese Shredder offers ergonomic, user-friendly features along with addressing sanitation concerns. The exterior is made-up of stainless steel specifically designed to deter bacterial growth. Attached swing-away feed hopper eases maintenance and lends to sanitary design. Top hinged dual panels provide efficient access to drive parts. The product offers an easily accessible integrated electrical panel without adding bulk to the overall dimensions of the machine. The machine mounts using tapped holes, so no exposed threads exist for potential bacterial growth. Optional 3” diameter distinctive rounded tube frame simplifies washdowns. The machine accepts products up to 3-1/2” (89 mm) in any dimension and provides continuous operation for uninterrupted production with an available 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) fully-enclosed motor.
