Sanitary Mixers

The Ultra Sanitary Mixers meet the advanced CIP and SIP requirements demanded by today's food industry. They are designed to comply with FDA, 3-A, GMP and EHEDG standards and to satisfy both current and future demands for the sanitary construction of process equipment. All wetted parts are in 316L stainless steel with crevice-free construction. The units have an electropolished finish to 0.5Ra, and stainless steel motors are available as an optional extra. The design makes it impossible for any materials—liquid or solid—to pass from the inlet to the outlet without being subjected to intense mechanical and hydraulic shear as they pass through the workhead. The hygienic construction minimizes the use of cleaning chemicals. Manual cleaning and dismantling is not required, significantly reducing downtime and operating costs.
