DustPruf Conveyors

New DustPruf 2300 and 5300 Series conveyors have SmartSlot technology designed into the frame. The SmartSlot provides all the integration and add-on capabilities of a T-slot without the inherent drawbacks of slots that collect contaminants or debris. The conveyors are essentially "dust proof," thanks to a streamlined frame design that virtually eliminates all catch points where particulates or debris can collect. The series also operates more efficiently in comparison to other competing conveyors, thanks to an FDA-approved, low-friction coating on the bedplate. Reducing the friction between the bedplate and conveyor belt enables the motor to run 20 percent more efficiently. Subsequently, the load capacity is 20 percent higher with the same motor, allowing for more energy savings over a larger horse powered motor.
