Hydraulic Lift & Tilt System

The Hydraulic Lift & Tilt System allows for loading and assembling components to an extruded aluminum frame before sliding to another assembly cell, using the conveyor, onto another table for further assembly. The system, powered by 220 V, offers up to 90 degrees of tilt angle with 100 in. of conveyor to accommodate the assembly process which begins in a full vertical angle. Standard safety features include captured roller wheels to prevent tipping and stop arms to lock the unit in a raised position when needed.
