Sanitary Sifter/Screener

The Modular Tru-Balance sifter/screener features reliable performance and sanitation features when conditions do not dictate stainless steel construction or require complex separations. The nest-together sieves and lift-out screen frames allow the entire unit to be dismantled in minutes for inspection or easy screen changes. The product utilizes from 4 to 9 sieves, each with a net screen area of 3.9 square feet, and up to 3 separations can be obtained. The drive system counterbalances all gyratory forces, providing vibration-free performance and can be floor mounted or ceiling suspended mounted to adapt to installation needs. The product is ideal for plastics, flour mills, cereal plants and chemicals.
