Checkweigher

Designed for speeds up to 250 pieces per minute, the HC-MEDIUM checkweigher is operated by an industrial PC (IPC) and is characterized by its 10.4" mobile touch display. The product has a compact design with sloping edges meeting the criteria of quick visual inspection and a high ground clearance for easy cleaning. The modular sub-frame allows for cost-efficient scaling to various applications and individualized integration with metal detectors, cameras, etc. A wide spectrum of reject devices (pusher, air blast, flap, conveyor, etc.) are available to discharge products with incorrect weight reliably and without disturbing the ongoing flow of production.
