Power Plus machines are manufactured in the following diameters: 130, 160 and 200mm, and can reach a production of 4300 kilos per hour. These machines meet the growing need to use frozen meat and can be used with delicate products such as “embutidos ibéricos” (Spanish sausages), for which smearing and heating are critical considerations. The feeding and mincing parameters can be adjusted for various products.
