The product provides increased yield, capacity, significant labor reduction and operational efficiency. The unit is simple to operate and offers a short learning curve, where no special skills are required. The system is offered in four sizes, ranging from 20- to 80-in. belth widths to accommodate capacities from 10 to more than 50 tons per hour for potatoes. The unit offers both fresh pack and processing users a range of application solutions that cover a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Products that can be sorted by the system include peeled and unpeeled potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, peaches, pears, green beans, apricots, cucumbers, pickles, peppers, radishes, garlic, onions, olives and citrus fruits.
