The unit can be mounted on existing equipment or new conveyors. It is available with portable cantilevered frames. An operator interface stores multiple recipes for easy operator setup. The construction is stainless steel, the speed is variable and the deposit is targeted. Quick change tooling is available to change the deposit centerline. For ring or layer cake pans, Company manufactures an optional distribution assembly to evenly spread dry toppings. A proprietary distribution system gently deposits without damaging product.
