Company's Micro Spiral Oven can bake, roast, steam or a combination of these. The oven includes a 300 mmwide belt, and the machine is 5.6 ' (1.7m) wide x 7.5' (2.3 m) long x 7.5' (2.3 m) tall. It features time, tempearture, humidity and fan speed control, as well as multiple recipe selection. Custom belts and machine sizes are available. The efficient system features an integral heat exchanger and is available in gas or electric versions. Its 304, 14-gauge construction includes a stainless steel belt, drives shafts and motors. The machine offers a CIP system and in-line belt-wash. It is AMI Sanitary Design approved.
