Company offers a user-friendly pallet and spacer washer that can be provided with a powered return conveyor for one-person operation. The washer includes a self-contained solution tank that heats the wash water by means of either a stainless steel coil heat exchanger or electric elements. Utilizing high volume cutting type spray nozzles, the pallets are washed in a vertical position which allows for maximum water drainage within the wash body. Upon exiting the washer, the pallet or spacer is engaged by a sideways moving carriage and transferred to a powered return conveyor which transports it along the side of the washer and back to the operator. This parallel conveyance keeps the footprint of the machine to a minimum. A variety of options including drying are available to meet individual needs.
