Eating Broccoli May Slow Arthritis

Researchers say a compound in broccoli appears to slow the breakdown in cartilage in joints associated with osteoarthritis. A study showed that mice which consumed more broccoli had less cartilage damage than mice which ate smaller amounts of the green vegetable.
