Study: Antioxidants Aren't All They're Cracked Up to Be

Antioxidants have long been believed to prevent a host of illnesses including cancer and heart disease. A new study from Harvard that followed over 5,000 people for 14 years found that antioxidants had little to no impact on dementia, Alzheimer's disease and stroke.
