HFCS: Is It Really The Same As Sugar?

The Corn Refiners Association wants high fructose corn syrup relabeled as corn sugar, arguing that HFCS is no different than table sugar. However, one study found that the body may metabolize the two sugars differently and that HFCS could lead to weight gain.
