CIP ball valves are designed with a dedicated C.I.P. port and unique cutaway ball. This allows for a cleaning solution to flow through the cavity of the body and ball, thoroughly cleaning the valve without removing it from service. The ball design creates turbulence in the body, making it easy to flush out any product. These valves can be easily installed and incorporated into any CIP system. The company’s existing valves can be replaced with the new CIP valves, which have identical mounting dimensions. The CIP port can also double as a product sampling port.
