This fully integrated material handling system moves bulk dry breakfast cereal ingredients through complete processing: from in-feed to discharging, through conditioning to introduction, to downstream packaging. Gaylord containers weighing up to 2,500 pounds are in-fed to the system. A single operator de-lids the container and initiates the fully automated process. Total process throughput is 150 finished cartons per minute, and total process up-time is 99.8 percent. The system features heavy gauge stainless steel and carbon steel construction and high motor HP and torque ratings.
