Company's re-designed mechanical joint for the Fuseal® corrosive waste piping system features an EPDM O-Ring seal, providing up to 1 in. of expansion or contraction during temperature cycling without losing the seal, allowing it to be placed in continuous temperature services as high as 180°F and intermittent temperature services up to 210°F. The 3 in. and 4 in. fittings have been streamlined for shorter lay lengths for installation in tighter spaces. Fittings range in size from 1½ in. to 4 in and components are supplied in kit assemblies. The piping system is ideal for handling corrosive waste streams and suitable for use in chemical and industrial plants and hospital and university laboratories where mixtures of acids, bases and solvents are drained.
