The ValueDrum in-line massaging and marinating system is designed to add value to fresh poultry products without making the logistic issues more complex. Due to its unique design infeed, the massaging/marinating process itself and the outfeed of small batches is done completely automatically. The system enables multiple additives, such as powders, liquids and even decorations to be combined in one single process step. The system is an in-line concept, which does away with the need for many of the product handling operations surrounding a traditional marinating and massaging process.
