The BEMP™ Single Idler Belt Scale is ideal for weighing and totalizing continuous flow rates of bulk solid materials up to 15,000 tons/hour. Whether the conveyor uses 18" or 60" wide CEMA idlers, the scale easily mounts to the conveyor frame using only four bolts. Utilizing two NTEP-approved single point load cells and the INTECONT MS Integrator, accuracies of ±1 percent of totalized weight are possible. Fieldbus connections to a process supervisor can also be provided.
