The 350L is the most cost effective HPP system available in the food processing market. With a working capacity of 350 liters per cycle and the world's fastest cycle times, the unit reliably processes more products per cycle than any other available system. A maximum working pressure of 87,000 psi (600 MPa) will achieve rapid foodborne pathogen destruction for targeted food safety and shelf life goals. Built on the 215L system, the new horizontal cylinder arrangement increases plant installation flexibility since minimal special construction is required. The system is ideal for processing juices, ready-to-eat meats, ready meals, processed fruits and vegetables, and for shucking and pasteurizing seafood.
