Sustainable Emulsifiers

These sustainable emulsifiers are based on sustainably sourced palm and non-palm oils to address concerns about the impact of palm oil plantations on the environment and local wild life. The ingredients come in a broad range of both SG and MB emulsifiers. Company's non-palm emulsifiers are based on non-GMO grapeseed and sunflower oils and non-palm glycerol. For manufacturers who do not want to postpone conversion to certified sustainable palm oil until 2015 (when most major retailers have pledged to carry only certified palm oil), these products eliminate the limitations on finding emulsifiers from a sustainable source.
