The Patty Fill System causes patties to shrink evenly, eliminating typical front-to-back shrink. The end result is a patty that delivers juiciness and tenderness while maintaining consistent weight and shape after cooking. With the system, patties are formed and assembled in random grinder-sized strands instead of being subjected to excessively high pressures that can cause toughness. The interweaving strands of product allow for excellent heat transfer through the product, making cooking times faster and more uniform while producing a tender patty. Available on select models, this system forms and portions patties up to 1" thick and 10 oz. in weight.
