The E scan in-line process analyzer is designed for ground meat applications. It provides real-time fat, protein and moisture percentage information that gives meat processors a critical tool to accurately meet specifications. The unit is based on guided microwave spectrometer (GMS) technology and is designed to offer faster, more accurate test results than what is currently available.
