This course provides insight into various methods for performing texture analysis on foods. The day-long session offers attendees the know-how to verify and improve upon the data required for meaningful R&D and QC testing. The course is offered at the company's facility, and arrangements can be made to conduct the course at customer facilities where content can be adapted to specific product applications. Principles of analysis, correlation to sensory perception, texture instrumentation and accessories and an introduction to software are included.
