Patty Paper is USDA approved and can be interleaved between meats, cheeses, cookies and cakes while reducing hand and food contact. Individual fully wrapped packages keep each stack of interleaving paper sanitary until it is used. Standard and custom products are available, as well as a range of waxing capabilities.
