Ethyl Alcohol Liquid Freezers

TOMIN ethyl alcohol liquid freezers rely on the thermal conductivity of liquid to achieve a 20-fold increase in freezing speed when compared to air blast freezers. These units produce the same quality product as a liquid nitrogen freezer at similar speeds but at one-tenth the running cost. Unlike slower conventional freezers, rapid freezing maintains cellular integrity by reducing the size of crystals formed at the molecular level, resulting in fresher, more moist and more flavorful products. The line ranges from a small 4 ft. x 2 ft. manual 45 lb/hr capacity suitable for specialty processors to large, fully automated commercial three-stage conveyor systems capable of freezing up to 5,700 lbs/hr with many models in between.
