The 3000 Mixer/Grinder has a 300 lb. hopper capacity and is ideal for small to medium processors. Solidly constructed from heavy gauge stainless steel with seam welded corners, the unit offers smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces. A removable stainless steel mixing arm offers an efficient mix and dispersion of product and is programmed with an automatic forward-reverse duty cycle. The feed screw channel empties fully without squashing or pulping the product.
