The OVOCOMPACT® integrated skid is a small line designed for egg producers who want to enter the liquid egg business with a low initial investment. The self-contained system can process up to 8,000 eggs per hour. The unit gathers all the materials required to produce a high-quality pasteurized egg including:

• Breaking item designed to break up to 100,000 eggs per day
• Cartridge filtration system
• 1,000 L storage tank
• Aseptic tubular pasteurizer for treatment up to 69°C
• Filling unit in bottles, bag-in-box or buckets
